Special Projects is one of the seven core programs of Feed the Hungry. The other programs include Feeding & Nutrition, Scholarship, Books, Infrastructure, Gift-Giving, and Livelihood.

As its name suggests, Special Projects serves as a flexible and responsive program that addresses needs and opportunities that do not readily fall within the scope of the other six programs. It enables Feed the Hungry to extend assistance wherever it is most needed, ensuring that no worthwhile cause is overlooked.

Among its initiatives is support for children with special needs, including Braille materials and other educational resources for blind children, as well as assistance for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Through Special Projects, Feed the Hungry remains committed to promoting inclusion, enhancing educational opportunities, and improving the quality of life of vulnerable and underserved members of the community.
