Leo graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Juris Doctor, Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, Master’s Degree in Taxation, and the University of Maryland, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management.
Leo is currently a member of the Canseco Law Group LLC and was previously a Director at the FCL Advisors. Leo serves as a pro-bono counsel for Feed the Hungry and a few non-profit organizations based in Metro Washington.
