Felipe (a.k.a. Pepito) is an Electrical Engineering graduate from FEATI University in 1961. He is a retiree from the Federal Aviation Administration who managed the Critical Power Distribution Systems program. He also worked as Electrical Engineer for Voice of America and General Services Administration and as Design Engineer with various Architectural and Engineering firms in the Washington Metropolitan area. He is a very long time Feed the Hungry volunteer and was a former Chairman of the Board. Pepito has been married to Percy for 58 years, who is currently a Participating Member. Pepito and Percy are blessed with 3 children and 9 grandchildren. Pepito is an avid golfer and enjoys gardening and propagating baby plants.
